Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with sufficient notice.
• Please ensure all contact details are correct at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment at least 4 hours' notice to reschedule.
• Cancellations or reschedules made after this time may result in loss of deposit.
• No-shows may require full prepayment Upfront for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to avoid impacting other clients.
• Late arrivals may be charged an additional late fee added to final payment.

Payments

• Full payment is due at the end of your appointment.
• We accept cash/card.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Our prices are NOT Set prices they are starting FROM prices.

Refunds & Redos

• We do not offer refunds on services provided.
• If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment.
• No corrections will be offered if you change your mind or if aftercare advice was not followed.

Consultations & Results

• Results may vary based on hair history, condition, and maintenance.
• Clients are responsible for disclosing full hair history, including previous colour, chemical treatments, or box dyes.
• We are not responsible for undesired results due to undisclosed hair history.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.
• Patch tests are required for certain treatments. Failure to complete a required patch test may result in appointment cancellation.

Children & Guests

• For safety and relaxation reasons, we ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless otherwise agreed.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour.
• We also reserve the right to refuse services that may compromise hair integrity.
